This page explains how AI Use Base researches, writes, reviews and updates its content, so you can judge how much to trust what you read here.
Who Is Responsible for Our Content
All content is published under the editorial responsibility of Truman Larry, a university lecturer in IT and AI and a technology writer. He is accountable for the accuracy and fairness of every guide on the site.
How We Research AI Tools
- Official sources first: features, plans and prices are checked against each provider’s official website, pricing page or release notes.
- Hands-on use: where possible, we use tools on realistic tasks such as writing, research, coding and design before recommending them.
- Independent data: we may reference reputable third-party benchmarks and leaderboards, and we name the source.
- Dated information: pricing sections show a “last checked” date.
How We Rank and Recommend Tools
We rank tools by how well they solve a specific job, how reliable and actively maintained they are, the value of their free plan or price, and how clearly they lead their category. We explain who each tool is best for and what its limitations are.
Use of AI in Our Work
As a site about AI tools, we use AI assistants to help with research, outlines, drafts, images and editing. Every article is reviewed, fact-checked and edited by a human before it is published, and a person is responsible for the final content.
Independence
We do not accept payment for reviews or rankings. Affiliate relationships and advertising never decide what we recommend. Read our affiliate disclosure for details.
Updates and Corrections
AI tools change quickly, so we regularly revisit our guides to update prices, features and recommendations. If you find an error, please tell us through our contact page. We review every report and correct confirmed mistakes promptly.
